What we collect
Your account details, mood logs, journal entries, counseling requests, messages, and your settings.
Who can see it
Your journal is private to you. Your counselor can see your mood logs only if you allow it, and your counseling requests and messages with them. Guidance office staff can see counseling records as required by school policy.
How Nallo uses your data
Nallo uses your mood logs for insights and reads a journal entry only when you ask it to suggest a mood. You can turn these features off in Settings.
Safety
If something you write suggests you may be in danger, the app shows crisis hotlines. Depending on school policy, the guidance office may reach out to check on you.
Keeping it safe
Your data is protected with passwords, and you can add two-factor authentication and a journal PIN.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you can access, correct, download, or ask us to delete your personal data. Use the Your Data tab or contact support.
